Masach Technologies Ltd. designs and manufactures customized and standard RFI shields for small, medium and large-scale runs. Founded in 1994, the company has become one of the leading providers of RFI shields for the Israeli electronics industry.

Masach's state-of-the art facility houses its management and design department, together with all phpects of manufacturing and quality control giving it substantial advantages in time to market, cost, and quality: Instead of dealing with one vendor for the prototype stage, another vendor just for the tooling, and yet another vendor for the production of large runs, Masach offers a unique integrated approach that leverages the capability to support the entire lifecycle of the project and consider large-scale production constraints in advance. 

Technology

Masach has developed a unique fabrication technique based on CNC technology. Small and medium volume blanks are processed straight from coil in our unique multi-punch CNC center and then precisely formed on dedicated bending stations. For large volume production runs, we will design and build suitable press tools and use up-to-date stamping equipment

Advanced ERP System

Masach’s ERP system was specifically designed and developed for its unique needs. The system encompasses the entire cycle from the initial request for proposal on to the various stages of design and fabrication, the QC and the actual delivery of the product. The fact that every phpect of the supply process is computerized, allows constant assessment of the costs, which, in turn, allows Masach to provide the most competitive prices. The fabrication activities in the ERP system conform to the ISO9002 standard.
